If You Experience Any of the Following: Headaches, Joint Pain, Allergies, Asthma, Difficulty Losing Weight, Fatigue, IBS/Crohn’s/Ulcers, Brain Fog, or Anxiety/Mood Disorders, Food Sensitivities May Be The Cause…

We all love to eat and indulge in our favorite foods. While we would prefer to eat whatever we want, many foods create adverse reactions in our body that significantly impact our health. Unlike many healthcare professionals that only treat symptoms on the surface, we dive deeper and find out what’s causing your symptoms to correct the underlying problem at the source. Because of this, we strive to continually educate our practice members about how the body functions, what being healthy means, and what true healthcare really looks like. This way, they begin to look at their body through a different lens, and thus they begin to treat their body differently, and in a way that fosters health, instead of disease. Part of that education is achieved through various workshops that we hold throughout the year, and you won’t want to miss this one!

Amherst Family Chiropractic is excited to announce that our next workshop will focus on food sensitivities and their impact on your health. Certain foods can cause inflammation, and inflammation is one of the main causes of disease in the Western world. If you suspect your body is reacting adversely to certain foods, but you’re unsure of what they are, you can learn more about these effects and get tested for food sensitivity reactions at this event!

We will be joined by Dr. Margrit Mikulis from Living Natural Family Medicine. She will help explain what the food inflammation test is and why knowing what foods cause inflammation is so important. Since food sensitivities are unique to each individual, identifying the signs, symptoms, and knowing which foods your body is sensitive to is vital to your health.
